Liva 7 is constantly improving - with new features, performance enhancements, and personalization upgrades released regularly. Staying up to date ensures you’re getting the most out of the platform and can take advantage of the latest tools as soon as they’re available.
This article shows you where to find product updates and how to stay informed.
In-App announcements
The easiest way to stay current is through the Liva 7 dashboard:
• Look for the 'What’s New' banner at the top of the Home tab
• Click to view recent product updates, feature launches, and improvements
• Updates are posted regularly and include links to relevant help articles
The What’s New banner appears automatically when there’s a new update or announcement.
Release notes
For a full list of recent changes:
• Go to the Help icon in the bottom-right corner of the dashboard
• Click “Product Updates” or search for “Release Notes”
• Browse updates by date, feature category, or version
• Each entry includes a summary, screenshots, and links to learn more
Email updates
Liva 7 also sends product update emails to:
• Store owners and admins
• Users who have opted into product communications
• Subscribers to the Liva 7 newsletter
To ensure you’re on the list
• Go to Settings > Notifications
• Enable Product Updates and Announcements
• Or contact support to confirm your preference
Social and community channels
You can also follow Liva 7 on:

• Community Slack (invite-only) for early access and beta features
