It is a distinct visitor counted during the monthly usage period. Liva shows usage so you can understand how close your store is to its plan allowance.
Do all plans include a trial?
Yes. Starter, Growth and Scale each include a 14-day trial.
How is payment handled?
The subscription is approved and billed through Shopify, so the charge appears within the normal Shopify billing flow.
What happens if your store grows?
You can move to the next plan as traffic grows. Usage remains visible before the current allowance is reached.
