How to create a smart bundle
Boost AOV with personalised product combinations
Overview
Smart Bundles in Liva 7 let you group related products into compelling offers - with or without discounts - to increase average order value (AOV). You can create bundles manually or generate them using AI. This guide walks you through creating a manual Smart Bundle.
Step 1: Go to the Smart Bundles tab
From the Liva 7 dashboard, navigate to the Smart Bundles tab. This is where you’ll manage all bundles, configure AI settings, and view performance analytics.
Click + Create Bundle in the top-right corner to begin.
Smart Bundles are combinations of products shown together to increase cart size. You can create them manually or let AI generate them.
Step 2: Name your bundle
Enter a name for your bundle in the Bundle Name field. This name is internal and helps you identify the bundle later.
Optionally, add a Description to explain the purpose or contents of the bundle.
You must give your bundle a name before you can create it. The bundle name is for internal use only. Use clear, descriptive names like 'Winter Gear Set' or 'Back-to-School Essentials'.
Step 3: Choose a discount type
In the Discount Type dropdown, select how you want to incentivize the bundle:
- No Discount
- Percentage Off (e.g. 10% off the bundle total)
- Fixed Amount Off (e.g. £5 off the bundle total)
Discounts are optional but can increase conversion. Choose the type that best fits your pricing strategy.
Step 4: Select products
Use the Search Products bar to find items by name. Then, click the products you want to include in the bundle.
You must select at least two products to create a valid bundle.
Bundles require a minimum of two products. Choose items that are frequently bought together or complement each other
Step 5: Create the bundle
Once you’ve selected your products and configured the discount:
- Click Create Bundle to save it
- Your new bundle will appear in the Manage Bundles list
From here, you can monitor performance (views, adds, CTR, revenue), edit the bundle, or deactivate it at any time.
After creation, you can track how your bundle performs and make changes as needed.
