Autopilot Policy Workflow

Increase automation by evidence and reversibility

Autopilot should progress through explicit authority levels: Observe, Recommend, Ask First and narrowly scoped Auto-execute. Confidence alone cannot widen permission.

Introduce a policy

  1. Name one action domain and the business goal it supports.
  2. Define eligibility, thresholds, exclusions and failure behaviour.
  3. Choose the required approval state.
  4. Test the action with a reversible example.
  5. Review the action history and measured outcome before widening scope.
AI cannot self-authorise

Only an authorised store owner can change the policy that determines what Liva 7 may execute.
