Team access follows least privilege and store scope. A person's Shopify access does not silently grant every Liva 7 permission, and a Liva 7 role does not override Shopify controls.

You are adding a team member or changing who can inspect, prepare, approve or administer work.

Choose the work
List the areas and customer, commercial or administrative information the person genuinely needs.

Assign the narrow role
Grant view, prepare, approve or administrative access according to the current role model.

Separate consequential duties
Keep preparation and approval distinct where commercial risk, customer communication or broad authority justifies it.

Test the experience
Confirm the person can reach required work and cannot open restricted records or controls.

Review regularly
Remove dormant access and recheck roles when responsibilities change.
