Liva 7 Help / Current product

Review approvals and receipts

Direct guidance for the product Liva 7 is now, with the control and evidence boundary kept visible.

An approval belongs to one immutable requested change. A decision receipt preserves the evidence, authority, previous state, result and later measurement so the whole story remains accountable.

Use this guide when

Work is waiting for approval or you need to understand what already happened.

Follow this route

  1. Inspect the proposal

Compare current and proposed state, affected scope, information used, expected measurement and restoration availability.

  2. Check authority

Confirm the policy, role, commercial limits and whether the proposal has materially changed since it was prepared.

  3. Decide

Approve, reject, edit or let the request expire. A material edit creates a new request.

  4. Follow execution

Read Pending, Running, Succeeded, Failed, Cancelled, Skipped or Restored without guessing from a spinner.

  5. Return for outcome

Use the same receipt to distinguish delivery, associated outcome and experimentally supported impact.

Before you finish

  • The previous state is captured
  • Retries use an idempotency key
  • The approver and time are recorded
