Use this guide when
You need to review plan access, billing approval or capacity.
Follow this route

Open Plan and billing
Review the plan name, current status, included capabilities and any trial or pilot state.

Check capacity
Read Ask Liva or other usage allowances in useful terms, including the reset period and what continues if capacity pauses.

Review a change
Confirm price, billing period, currency, tax treatment and effective date before approving in Shopify.

Verify in Shopify
Use the Shopify billing approval screen for any charge that requires merchant acceptance.

Keep the receipt
Return to Settings for the recorded plan state and support route if the two systems disagree.
