How to install Liva 7 on your Shopify storefront

Before Liva 7 can personalise your store, you’ll need to install the app from the Shopify App Store. This is a one-time process that takes just a minute - and once it’s done, you’ll be ready to start setup and connect your store data.

Where to find it

There are two ways to access the app:

1. By clicking on the direct link

Click Liva 7 on the Shopify App Store

2. Install Liva 7 from the Shopify App Store

Go to https://apps.shopify.com and search for Liva 7 in the search bar

How to install the app

Once you’ve found the Liva 7 app:

1. Click Add app.
2. Shopify will prompt you to confirm installation.
3. Review the permissions and click Install app to continue.

After installation, you’ll be redirected to the Liva 7 dashboard inside your Shopify admin.

What happens after install

Once installed:

• Your Shopify store is now linked to Liva 7.
• You’ll land on the Liva 7 homepage, where you’ll see a gold banner prompting you to begin setup.
• Data sync will not begin until you complete the Activate Personalisation step or manually trigger sync from the Personalisation tab.
