AI Limitations and Human Review
Use AI as decision support with visible limits
AI can organise evidence, identify patterns, prepare content and propose actions. It can also be incomplete, stale, overly confident or wrong. Liva 7 should make uncertainty and authority visible rather than asking a store owner to trust an unexplained output.
Always review
- Commercial claims, prices, discounts, eligibility and product facts.
- Customer-facing language for accuracy, tone, accessibility and legal obligations.
- Segmentation for inappropriate exclusion or sensitive inference.
- Recommendations whose evidence is weak, conflicting or outside the normal range.
- Any action affecting publication, automation policy, customer data or billing.
Never treat the model as authority
A model cannot grant itself permission, confirm a Shopify write that Shopify has not acknowledged or convert missing data into certainty. Use explicit approval rules, previews, safe fallbacks and action receipts.
Challenge fluent answers
Clear language can still contain a poor assumption. Inspect the source, scope, timeframe and reasoning before acting.
