Turn Liva 7 into a calm operating rhythm

The operating system is most useful when the team reviews it at a predictable cadence. A short daily check keeps urgent exceptions visible; a weekly review moves decisions forward; a monthly review tests whether goals, policies and measurements still fit the business.

Daily: orient and protect

1. Open Executive Briefing and confirm the active business goal.
2. Check Store Health, failed actions and customer-facing exceptions before commercial opportunities.
3. Review the highest-ranked decision and its evidence rather than clearing the queue by volume.
4. Assign an owner, next step and review time to work that will continue.

Weekly: decide and learn

• Resolve, defer or dismiss ageing opportunities with a recorded reason.
• Review active experiences, experiments and Autopilot policies against their guardrails.
• Compare outcomes with baselines and note where evidence remains Unknown or Learning.
• Check that current work still supports the stated goal and commercial boundary.

Monthly: recalibrate the system

Review goals, access, automation scope, measurement definitions, content fallbacks and the quality of retained learning. Widen authority only when repeated evidence, reversibility and team ownership justify it.
