Set a useful business goal
Your business goal gives Liva 7 a direction against which to organise evidence and work. Keep it specific enough to guide trade-offs, but do not write a guaranteed outcome into it.
- Open Business goal.Review the goal currently used across your store.
- Describe the commercial direction.State what matters now, such as improving repeat purchase or protecting margin.
- Add the boundaries that matter.Record constraints such as discount tolerance, brand rules or areas that require approval.
- Save and review.Check that the goal changes prioritisation without silently authorising action.
Review an opportunity
An opportunity is work worth considering. It is not an instruction and it is not proof of future value.
- Read the question the opportunity is trying to answer.
- Check the source, freshness, time period and confidence.
- Compare the likely value with effort, risk and your current goal.
- Open the relevant workspace if you want to prepare the work.
- Defer or dismiss it when it is not the right priority, and keep the reason if the product offers that control.
Make the decision explicit
Before moving forward, write the outcome you expect, the evidence that would change your mind and how you will measure what follows. This keeps the next review honest.
