    Outcome

Read demand, profit, lifecycle, customer voice and acquisition signals without treating an estimate as a fact.

    Before you begin

A clear question, the relevant time period and enough current store evidence to review.

    Keep control

Treat signals and estimates as decision support. The final commercial decision remains yours.

    Five perspectives, one decision

    Demand
Changes in what customers appear to be looking for or buying.
    Profit
Commercial context such as revenue, margin and the cost of a decision where eligible data exists.
    Lifecycle
How customer relationships and purchase patterns change over time.
    Customer voice
Eligible feedback and language that can add context without becoming universal truth.
    Acquisition
How customers reach your store and what can be observed after arrival.

Collective Intelligence brings useful context together. It should not remove the boundaries or uncertainty of each source.

How to read an intelligence view

    1. Start with the question.Know which decision the view is meant to support.
    2. Check the evidence class.Separate an observed fact from an estimate or prediction.
    3. Check coverage.Look for missing sources, short time periods or a customer group that is too small.
    4. Compare perspectives.A demand signal can look different once profit, lifecycle or acquisition context is added.
    5. Use a test when needed. If the evidence cannot answer the decision, design a controlled way to learn.

    AI Discovery

If AI Discovery is available in your account, use it to review how clearly eligible product information may be understood by supported AI-led discovery experiences. Treat it as a readiness and clarity view, not a promise of placement or traffic.

    Finish with a check

    Check the result

You can state what was observed, what remains uncertain and why the chosen next step fits your current goal.
