Home dashboard overview
Your real-time personalisation command centre
Overview
The Home tab is the first screen you’ll see when logging into Liva 7. It’s your central dashboard for tracking setup progress, monitoring performance, and understanding how your personalisation engine is learning and evolving. Whether you’re just getting started or optimising at scale, this tab gives you a clear, actionable view of what’s happening across your storefront.
What the Home tab covers
The Home tab is divided into five key sections:
1. Setup progress and activation
• See what’s complete and what’s left to activate real-time personalisation
• Get guided prompts to finish setup quickly and correctly
2. Performance summary
• Track key metrics like influenced revenue, AOV uplift, engagement rate, and total interactions
• Understand how Liva 7 is impacting your store’s performance
3. Performance graph
• Visualise trends over time using filters for date range and metric type
• Spot spikes, dips, and long-term growth patterns
4. Top performing widgets
• Identify which widgets are driving the most engagement and revenue
• Use insights to optimise placement, strategy, and targeting
5. Recent activity feed
• Monitor changes made by your team
• Stay informed about new widget launches, edits, and system updates
Learning phase indicator
If your setup is still in progress, you’ll see a Learning Phase banner. This means:
• Liva 7 is collecting signals to train your personalisation engine
• Performance metrics will begin populating once enough data is gathered
• You can continue setup by clicking 'Continue Setup' or dismiss the prompt temporarily
Why it matters
The Home tab is your go-to for:
• Tracking onboarding and activation
• Monitoring the health and impact of your personalisation strategy
• Identifying high-performing widgets and opportunities for optimisation
• Staying aligned with your team’s recent activity
