Goals and Priorities

Give the system a direction before asking for an answer

A business goal helps Liva 7 judge which signals deserve attention now. It does not replace your judgement, and it should be specific enough to distinguish useful work from background activity.

Set a usable goal

  1. Choose one commercial outcome, such as repeat revenue, profitable conversion or product discovery.
  2. Add the boundary that must be protected, such as margin, brand policy or stock availability.
  3. Define the period in which the goal is relevant.
  4. Review which workspaces may contribute and which actions still require approval.

Read a changing priority

Priorities can move when store evidence changes, an opportunity is resolved or a higher-readiness action appears. Open the evidence and ranking reason before treating movement as urgency.

Goal alignment is not guaranteed impact

A well-aligned recommendation may still need more evidence, a controlled experiment or store-owner review.
