    Outcome

Send enough context to trace the issue while keeping passwords, secret keys and payment details out of the message.

    Before you begin

Your store URL, the affected workspace and the approximate time the issue occurred.

    Keep control

Do not share passwords, secret keys or payment details in screenshots or support messages.

    Check before you write

Open Store health and note any relevant message. Confirm the page, workspace or Shopify theme involved. If it is safe, reproduce the problem once and record what you expected and what happened.

    Include this information

    • Your store URL in lowercase, such as your-store.myshopify.com.
    • The Liva 7 workspace or website page you were using.
    • The task you were trying to complete.
    • What you expected and what happened instead.
    • The approximate time, device and browser.
    • Any visible Store health, error or activity reference.
    • A screenshot with customer or secret information removed.

    Never send

Do not email passwords, authentication codes, API keys, access tokens, full payment details or information that a customer would not reasonably expect you to share.

    Send the request

Email support@liva7.com. Keep one issue per message where practical so the question and response remain easy to trace.

    Useful subject line

Liva 7 support: workspace + short problem. For example, Liva 7 support: Placements not visible in theme preview.

    Follow product updates

Follow Liva 7 on Facebook, X and YouTube, or connect with David Cope, our founder, on LinkedIn. For help with your store or account, use support email rather than a public social post. Never share customer information or access details publicly.

    Finish with a check

    Check the result

The system state is clear, the correct recovery route has been tried and any support request contains useful diagnostic detail.
