What Liva 7 uses

Liva 7 connects to your Shopify store and syncs only the data it needs to personalise the shopping experience. This includes:

Used to understand what is available, what is trending, and how products relate to each other. Liva 7 syncs: Titles, descriptions, tags, prices, inventory levels, Product images and variants, Collection assignments and sorting
  • Customer and order data
Helps Liva 7 understand shopper behaviour and preferences. This includes:Customer IDs, tags, and order history, Product-level purchase data (what was bought, when, and in what combination)
  • Storefront events
Liva 7 tracks real-time behavior to personalise recommendations on the fly. This includes: Page views, product clicks, add-to-cart events, Cart contents and checkout activity, Device type and session context

You can view your sync status in the Personalisation tab under Engine Status. If anything is out of sync, use the manual refresh buttons.
