Choose authority deliberately
Autopilot coordinates work inside the boundaries you set. The available controls can vary by action and account, but the principle stays the same: Liva should not quietly give itself authority.
- Open Autopilot.Review the action areas and the current authority for each one.
- Start with the lowest useful level.Observe or prepare work before allowing a broader action path.
- Keep important changes gated.Price, customer communication, publication and other sensitive work should follow the approvals shown in your setup.
- Review completed work.Use the available receipt or history to see what changed, why and under which authority.
- Narrow or stop authority when needed.Change the policy if the context, risk or team responsibility changes.
Use Inbox as a decision queue
Inbox brings together decisions and recorded activity that need attention. Read the reason and route before approving, dismissing or opening the underlying work.
If a change needs to be reversed
Use the restore or recovery control shown for that action when one is available. If the effect is customer-facing and the route is unclear, pause the experience in the safest available way and contact support with the receipt or reference.
