David Cope is operator and data controller for Liva 7 account, support, security and website information. When Liva 7 processes customer or commerce information on your instructions, you will normally be controller and Liva 7 will act as processor.

Who and what this policy covers.

Liva 7 is a Shopify application operated by David Cope, of Wilsons House, Wilsons Park, Monsall Road, Manchester, M40 8WN, United Kingdom.

This policy covers authorised people using Liva 7, people who contact support or apply for a pilot, and information from your store and its customers or visitors where Shopify permissions, your configuration and applicable consent allow it.

Information Liva 7 may process.

The exact information depends on the features and permissions you use. It may include:

  • Your store domain, locale, currency, plan, installation and authorised-user context.
  • Product, collection, variant, inventory, price, cost and merchandising information.
  • Orders, checkouts, refunds, returns and customer information made available through permitted Shopify functions.
  • Consent-eligible storefront events such as product views, searches, cart actions, Liva exposures and interactions.
  • Your goals, configurations, authority policies, approvals, dismissals, experiments, action receipts and outcome records.
  • App usage, diagnostics, security, synchronisation, support and failure information.

Liva 7 does not require your payment-card details. Shopify handles app billing and commerce payment processing.

Why information is used.

Information is used to authenticate and connect your store, provide current intelligence, prepare recommendations and controlled work, enforce your permissions, deliver approved experiences, measure eligible outcomes, retain useful decision history, support you and protect service reliability.

Depending on the purpose, processing may rely on the service contract, your documented instructions, legitimate interests in operating and securing Liva 7, consent where required, or a legal obligation. Liva 7 does not sell personal information or expose one merchant's identifiable information to another merchant.

Providers, AI and international processing.

Liva 7 uses Shopify for platform access and billing, OpenAI for defined intelligence functions, Pinecone for semantic retrieval, and selected infrastructure, database, monitoring and communications providers. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role.

AI output is structured as a draft, explanation or recommendation. It does not publish itself or grant itself authority. Where information is processed outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, an applicable legal transfer mechanism and proportionate safeguards are used where required. Current service-provider information is available from support@liva7.com.

Retention, deletion and your rights.

Eligible behaviour and identity information follows the configured retention policy. Operational information is kept only as long as needed for service delivery, security, disputes and legal obligations. On uninstall, Shopify access and active sessions are revoked; store deletion and Shopify privacy requests follow the applicable deletion process, including external vector records.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object or receive portable information, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Customer requests concerning information held by your business should normally be made to you first. Liva 7 will assist with a valid request.

Contact and changes.
