Billing clarity
Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy
How your trial, monthly subscription, cancellation and any refund request are handled.
Liva 7 is a digital service. There are no physical goods to return. Shopify displays app charges on your Shopify bill, while Liva 7 reviews refund requests for Liva 7 app charges.
Your trial and subscription.
Starter, Growth and Scale each include a 14-day trial. The precise trial, price and billing date displayed in Shopify when you approve a subscription apply. If you do not cancel before your trial ends, Shopify may begin the approved recurring charge.
Changing or cancelling.
You may change or cancel your plan through the supported Liva 7 or Shopify billing flow. Uninstalling Liva 7 stops future recurring app billing, but it does not automatically remove a pending or already invoiced charge. Review current and past app charges in Shopify Settings → Billing.
Refund review.
Charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. We will consider a request where a duplicate or incorrect Liva 7 charge occurred, a verified Liva 7 failure materially prevented paid use and no reasonable remedy was available, or applicable law requires a refund.
Email support@liva7.com promptly with your store URL, charge date, amount, Shopify invoice or charge reference and a clear explanation. Do not send payment-card information.
How an approved refund is processed.
Liva 7 reviews the request. If approved, the refund or credit is issued through Shopify's app-billing system. Shopify and the relevant payment provider control processing and appearance on your bill. Shopify cannot guarantee a refund for a third-party app charge.
