Agreement and eligibility.

These terms govern business use of the Liva 7 Shopify application, website and related services. By installing, subscribing to or using Liva 7 for a business, you confirm that you are at least 18, can act for that business and can approve Shopify apps and contracts for it.

What Liva 7 provides.

Liva 7 is Shopify commerce intelligence and controlled-action software. It helps you understand what matters, review evidence-grounded recommendations, prepare storefront work, take controlled action and learn from eligible outcomes.

Liva 7 is decision support, not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice. AI output may be incomplete or wrong. You must review prices, claims, discounts, availability, legal compliance and customer impact before publication. No revenue, profit, conversion or other commercial result is guaranteed.

Your authority and responsibilities.

You choose whether Liva 7 may observe, recommend, ask first or act within an explicit policy. Liva 7 cannot grant itself authority. Shopify remains authoritative for account administration, theme publication, checkout and app billing.

• Protect your Shopify account, credentials and staff access.
• Provide lawful instructions and information you are entitled to use.
• Maintain suitable privacy notices, consent choices and customer disclosures.
• Review important output and automation settings with appropriate care.
• Use preview or an unpublished theme for material storefront changes.

Plans, trials and billing.

Every current plan includes every Liva 7 feature. Starter is £29 per month for up to 2,000 monthly unique visitors, Growth is £79 for up to 10,000, and Scale is £199 for up to 50,000. Each includes a 14-day trial. The current Shopify approval screen controls the final charge, allowance and trial presented to you.

Charges are approved and billed through Shopify on its app-billing cycle. You can change plan or cancel using the supported Liva 7 or Shopify flow. A trial or pilot application creates no charge until a subscription is approved in Shopify.

Ownership, confidentiality and third parties.

You retain ownership of your store information, instructions and content. You grant Liva 7 and its authorised providers a limited right to process that material only as needed to provide, secure and support the service and meet legal obligations.

Liva 7 software, interface, branding and original documentation remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Shopify and other providers remain responsible for their own platforms and terms; changes or outages outside Liva 7's reasonable control may affect availability.

Availability, suspension and termination.

We aim to provide a dependable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, modify or pause a risky capability, and may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, legal compliance or a material breach. Notice will be given where reasonable and lawful.

You may uninstall Liva 7 at any time. On uninstall, access ends and information is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable retention process. Export information you need before uninstalling.

Liability, law and contact.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid for Liva 7 in the 12 months before the relevant event, except where law does not permit that limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have jurisdiction subject to mandatory rights in your location. Questions can be sent to support@liva7.com.
